The worse the storm, the more we filmed.
In this mini-doc, we followed cold-water surfer Aurelien Bouche-Pillon on his quest to ride the perfect wave—on Lake Ontario, in the dead of winter. As we literally dove in with wetsuits and cameras to capture his efforts, we were able to explore how someone with a strong personal philosophy can achieve their dreams regardless of where they get their start.
The video made big waves among Bouche-Pillon’s cold-water peers and fans, and left some regular surfers feeling a little jealous.
